The present invention relates to immunological tolerance using an antigen-binding molecule comprising a domain that binds to a molecule expressed on the surface of a cell having a function of suppressing an immune response and a domain that binds to a T cell receptor (TCR) complex. The present invention provides a method for producing an antibody against a peptide or protein or the like that is easily established.
