PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a coaxial cable equipped with an external conductor and an internal conductor which are adapted so as to be connected to an energy source for processing constituents, and to provide a first and a second dielectric materials arranged between the internal conductor and the external conductor, with the dielectric materials for positioning the internal conductor being in a substantially coaxial relation to the external conductor.SOLUTION: The coaxial cable is provided with an external conductor and an internal conductor which are adapted so as to connect with an energy source, and a first and a second dielectric materials arranged between the internal conductor and the external conductor and positioning the internal conductor at a first position with respect to the external conductor.
