PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a trocar that facilitates the insertion operation of the trocar and prevents the damage of incision in the insertion of an insertion tube.SOLUTION: In a trocar, a tube outlet 10 of an insertion tube 2 is brought into communication with a mouth tube 8 of the insertion tube 2, and an incision blade 11 is provided in the tube outlet 10 and the tube outlet 10 is opened to the side of the incision blade 11. Accordingly, the incision blade 11 is inserted into an eyeball to provide the incision, and the insertion tube 2 can be inserted into the eyeball from the incision while leaving the incision blade 11 for the eyeball. Also, both side-cutting edges 22 extending from a tip blade edge 21 in the incision blade 11 have the outermost side cutting edge part 22a positioned in an outside area Q becoming the outside to a boundary surface 19a including an inner circumferential surface 19 of the tube outlet 10, so that a width dimension of the incision blade 11 can be set more greatly than the inner diameter of the insertion tube 2. As an effect, the insertion of the incision blade 11 and the insertion of the insertion tube 2 can continuously be performed, and thereby the insertion operation of the trocar becomes easy. Also, the incision size of the incision is increased, so that the incision is hard to be damaged by the insertion tube 2 and easy to be healed when the insertion tube 2 is inserted into the eyeball from the incision.COPYRIGHT: (C)2015,JPO&INPIT【解決手段】トロカールでは、挿入管2の管出口部10を挿入管2の口筒8に連通し、管出口部10に切開刃11を設けるとともに管出口部10を切開刃11側へ開放しているので、切開刃11を眼球に挿入して切開創を設けるとともに切開刃11を眼球に残したまま切開創から挿入管2を眼球に挿着し得る。また、切開刃11において先端刃縁部21から延びる両側刃縁部22は、管出口部10の内周面19を含む境界面19aに対し外側となる外側領域Qに位置する最外側刃縁部22aを有しているので、切開刃11の幅寸法を挿入管2の内径より大きく設定することが可能となる。【効果】切開刃11の挿入と挿入管2の挿着とを連続的に行うことができるので、トロカールの挿着操作が容易になる。また、切開創の切開寸法も大きくなるので、挿入管2を切開創から眼球に挿着する際に切開創が挿入管2により損傷しにくくなって治癒し易い。【選択図】図2
