FIELD: medicine.SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medical equipment, namely to devices for ablation with optic control of tissue. Catheter includes catheter body, terminal electrode for tissue ablation and obtaining data based on optic characteristics from tissue, which has separate optical paths for the light, coming out of terminal electrode for tissue illumination, and light, entering terminal electrode from tissue. Terminal electrode contains external envelope from material which possesses thermo- and electroconductivity, concave cavity and layer of diffuse optically conducting material between internal surface of external envelope and concave cavity, combined with optic diffusing material. In the second version of catheter implementation internal layer is made with possibility of transmitting light to tissue outside terminal electrode via the first set of holes in external envelope, and concave cavity receives light from tissue through the second set of holes in external envelope, between catheter body and terminal electrode for light delivery there is also the first optical waveguide, with the second optical waveguide passing between catheter body and terminal electrode. Terminal electrode is made by formation of envelope which has wall, delimiting open proximal end and distal end of dome-like shape, formation of the first set of holes in envelope wall, filling envelope with diffuse material, formation of concave cavity on distal end of envelope and the second set of holes in envelope wall, in diffuse material and in concave cavity.EFFECT: application of invention makes it possible to perform measurements of light in real time, coefficient of diffuse reflection, fluorescence, etc, from biological materials in the course of carrying out radio-frequency ablation.28 cl, 13 dwgИзобретение относится к медицинской технике, а именно к устройствам для абляции с оптическим контролем ткани.
