PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a member for lifting maxillary sinus floor which permits the maxilla to safely and simply gain thickness by making ones own maxilla proliferate without undergoing an extensive operation.SOLUTION: The member 1 for lifting maxillary sinus floor has a support 3 fixed to the maxilla 2 from the mouth side, and a presser 5 threadedly engaged with the support 3 and capable of pressing a part of the maxilla 2 against a maxillary sinus 4 side by rotation. By gradually pushing out a part of the maxilla 2 to the maxillary sinus side by the presser 5, the maxilla 2 is slightly broken for proliferation.
