The present invention relates to an anchoring type of barbed suturing thread which is generally useful in connecting or immobilising animal tissue in various treatment environments, and relates to a production method therefor. More specifically, the present invention relates to an anchoring type of barbed suturing thread having a structure whereby the anchoring force is maximised and thus efficiency and safety are simultaneously improved after the barbed suturing thread has been inserted, and relates to a production method therefor.
