The orthotic device comprises: a plurality of thread guide structures (2), two plate portions (7), and at least one rope body (8). The thread guide structure (2) comprises a base body (3) provided with a groove structure (31), the groove structure (31) having an inner wall (32), and the inner wall (32) being provided with a first catch structure (33) and a guide (4, 5) defining an axis (41) and being integrally formed with a guide slot (42, 52) and a second catch structure (43), the guide slot (42, 52) extending around the axis (41) in an arc-shaped manner, the guide (4, 5) being accommodated in the groove structure (31) and being caught and located by means of the first catch structure (33) and the second catch structure (43), with a threading passage (44) being enclosed between the guide slot (42, 52) and the inner wall (32). The two plate portions (7) are spaced apart and are each provided with at least one base body (3). Each rope body (8) passes through the threading passage (44) of the at least one base body (3) of each plate portion (7) and is provided in the two guide slots (42, 52) by means of winding.
