The claimed invention relates to pharmacology and medicine, and to the production of a novel drug with a wide spectrum of activity on the basis of interferon for the treatment of infectious inflammatory diseases of various etiology. What is claimed is: a stabilized immune correction drug for the treatment of infectious inflammatory diseases with a high degree of bioavailability, said drug being characterized in that it is in the form of suppositories and comprises recombinant human interferon-alpha and/or -beta and/or -gamma, an antioxidant complex, ascorbic acid and/or salts thereof, complexing agents, buffer solutions, acids for stabilizing the antioxidant complex and for ensuring a pH level of the suppositories of no less than 1.5 units lower than the isoelectric point of the interferon, and also emulsifiers, plasticizers, stabilizers for a fatty suppository base for stabilizing the physical and biochemical properties of the suppository base and the preparation, interferon activity stabilizers, preservatives and a base. The claimed invention ensures the stability of the physicochemical and biological properties, an improvement in tolerance, an increase in bioavailability and effectiveness and an extension of the shelf life.Заявленное изобретение относится к фармакологии и медицине, касается создания нового лекарственного средства широкого спектра действия на основе интерферона для лечения инфекционно-воспалительных заболеваний различной этиологии.
