- 摘要:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To automatically and accurately determine an object to be gazed by a driver.
SOLUTION: This gaze determination device 10 includes: a frequency distribution detection part 22 for detecting the frequency distribution of face direction angles corresponding to predetermined ranges further to the lateral outer sides than pillars provided to both ends of the windshield of a vehicle a frequency distribution storage part 23 which divides the predetermined ranges into first areas in contact with the pillars near in the direction from the pillars to right and left door mirrors, respectively, and second areas further to the lateral outer sides than the first areas, respectively, which stores the results of the detection of the frequency distribution for each first area and second area an intermediate angle detection part 25 for detecting the intermediate angle between the face direction angle at which the frequency distribution is maximum in the first area and the face direction angle at which the frequency distribution is maximum in the second area and a gaze object determination part 26 for determining that the object to be gazed is a door mirror when the face direction angle is present in the angle range between the angle corresponding to each pillar and the intermediate angle.
