A uterus conformal anti-adhesion protective screen device and using method thereof, for solving problems of insecure positioning of the present anti-adhesion protective screen device. The device comprises a tube (1), and a first liquid-passing port (11) is provided at an upper end of the tube (1) and a second liquid-passing port (12) is provided at a lower end of the tubes (1), the first liquid-passing port (11) being in fluid communication with the second liquid-passing port (12). A periphery of the upper end of the tube (1) is sleeved by an anti-adhesion expansion-shrinkage bag (2) and the upper end of the tube (1) penetrates the anti-adhesion expansion-shrinkage bag (2), the anti-adhesion expansion-shrinkage bag (2) at an expanded state has a shape similar to a uterine cavity. An anti-leakage positioning mechanism (3) located below the anti-adhesion expansion-shrinkage bag (2) and capable of preventing liquid leakage inside the uterine cavity is also provided on the tube (1), the anti-adhesion expansion-shrinkage bag (2) is connected to a first expansion-shrinkage controlling mechanism (4) configured to control expansion and shrinking of the anti-adhesion expansion-shrinkage bag (2).
