A modified chemokine peptide, comprising a peptide sequence, wherein the N-terminal of the peptide sequence comprises: (a) a “Glutamate (E)-Leucine (L)-Arginine (R)” sequence on the N-terminal of the modified chemokine peptide (b) a “Proline (P)- Alanine (A)- Serine (S)- Glutamine (Q)-Phenylalanine (F) Cys3” sequence which is situated before and neighbored to the third cysteine (Cys, C) of the N terminal of the modified chemokine peptide and (c) a modified position, which is located at the 17th position from the N-terminal side of the modified chemokine peptide.
