CONSTITUTION: A cultivation method of a tree using a vinyl bag without burying the tree for mass-producing high quality poria cocos comprises the following steps: selecting superior strains of poria cocos； verifying the optimum thickness and length of raw wood of pine tree when inserting into the heat-insulated vinyl bag； injecting the superior strains of the poria cocos to the raw wood inside the vinyl bag, and cultivating； and controlling the light, the humidity, and the ventilation. 본 발명은 고품질 복령의 토양중 원목 비매립 대량 생산방법에 관한 것으로 비닐봉지를 이용하여 토양에 매립하지 아니함을 특징으로 하는 복령의 신규한 재배법을 개시하며 특히, 소나무 원목을 절단하는 길이와 나무의 굵기에 따라 내열용 비닐봉지에 넣고, 고압 멸균하여 복령 균주를 접종하고 배양하는 방법과 배양 완료 후 복령이 형성되기까지 환경조건인 광, 습도, 환기에 대한 기술 및 복령을 수확하여 자연산 복령과 품질비교를 통하여 우수한 품질임을 확인하는 방법을 개시한다. 본 발명은 소나무 원목을 절단하는 길이와 굵기를 한정하고, 내열용 비닐봉지에 넣고 공기 여과 필터가 부착된 마개를 체결하는 단계, 고압 멸균하여 순수배양한 복령 균주를 접종하고 3개월 이상 배양하는 단계, 배양 완료 후 복령 형성시까지 광, 습도, 환기를 적용하여 고품질의 복령을 획득하는 단계, 획득한 복령의 성분을 분석하여 자연산과 품질을 비교하는 단계로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하고 있다.
