PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a signal processing device capable of producing a high resolution image at a low cost.SOLUTION: The digital panoramic radiography device (the signal processing device) 1 is provided with a large-capacity frame image storing means (an image signal storing means) 7 and an image signal processing means (a signal adding means) 10. The large-capacity frame image storing means has a plurality of memory areas for pixels corresponding to areas in which pixels of an X-ray imaging means 3 are more narrowly divided than the pixel width.
