PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a tree rotating device capable of easily changing the appearance of trees and changing the landscape by rotating the trees without replanting the trees.SOLUTION: A storage container 11 having an upper opening through which soil 3 and the roots 5 of trees 4 can be taken in and out a rotation body 1 configured of soil housed in the storage container and trees planted with roots buried in the soil a storage portion 21 installed under ground surface 10 for accommodating the storage container of the rotating body a rotating body support device 2 configured with a shaft bearing 22 (rotating support mechanism) which rotatably supports the rotating body about a rotational center axis extending in the height direction of the tree as a rotation center.
