The hair loss preventing apparatus according to the present invention has a structure that the stimulus applying unit arrangement member, in which the stimulus applying units are installed, is repetitively moved by the arrangement member shaking device and forms the stimulus applying unit arrangement member with an arc shaped elastic shaking member to apply the stimulus with regular height over all of the head skin while regularly covering a head part, thereby performing a stable hair loss preventing operation.
