PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a traveling apparatus of a working vehicle, which maintains an arrangement interval between a pair of wheel cases while maintaining a suspension function and a rolling function of wheels.SOLUTION: The traveling apparatus of a working vehicle is equipped with a pair of suspension mechanisms 25 and 25 independently and vertically movably constituting a pair of rear wheel cases 8 and 8 throughout from the rear wheel cases 8 and 8 to a receiving frame 24 supported rollably on a horizontal frame 21.
