PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rehabilitation care vehicle allowing care-receivers to perform rehabilitation of hands and legs in a daily life, besides rehabilitation in nursing-care facilities and hospital.SOLUTION: Wheels 11 are attached to/detached from legs of an existing pipe chair X with a holder, and a front wheel 8 is connected to the pipe chair X with a connecting pipe. The front wheel 8 includes a manual handle 2 and foot-driven pedals 7, and the front wheel 8 connected to the manual handle 2 vertically moves a connecting shaft 3 with a lifting/lowering pin provided at the connecting shaft 3 using a surface formed by obliquely cutting the body 4. When the front wheel 8 is lifted, a user can rotate the manual handle 2 and the foot-driven pedals 7 in a stopped state. When the front wheel 8 is lowered to a floor and the user moves the foot-driven pedals 7, the rehabilitation care vehicle is converted into a normal nursing-care vehicle movable by the intention of a care-receiver.
