PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fishing hook which suppresses sideslip of a fishing line and is capable of firmly fastening the fishing line. A fishing hook 100 including a pipe 11 for tying a fishing line, the pipe 11 extending from at least one of a front side 11a and a rear side 11b from a top edge portion 11c to a threading hole 12 thereof. It has a linear groove portion 13. By forming the groove portion 13 extending along the fishing line on the front surface side 11a or the back surface side 11b of the pipe 11 so that the fishing line fits into this groove portion 13 at the time of fastening, lateral sliding of the fishing line and firm fastening can be realized.
