A pharmaceutical composition in the form of suppositories comprises a bioactive compound and a fatty base. The composition comprises, per suppository with a mass of 2.7 - 2.9 g: 0.050 - 0.500 g of glutamic acid, 0.025 - 0.250 g of lysine, 0.025 - 0.250 g of alanine, 0.025 - 0.250 g of arginine, 0.025 - 0.250 g of glycine, and 0.010 - 0.150 g (depending on the zinc content) of zinc in the form of zinc chloride. The composition can additionally contain 10 - 30 mkg of selenium in the form of anhydrous sodium selenite and 0.020 - 0.035 g of sodium fumarate.
