A support structure associable with a portion of the human body and usable for supporting a surgical device comprises a frame (2) delimiting at least one opening (3) defining an area of surgery, wherein the frame (2) has an upper support portion (6) and a lower portion (7), means (8) for connecting the frame (2) to the predefined portion of the human body, wherein the connecting means (8) comprise at least one support (9) operatively connectable, in a removable manner, to the frame (2) and to a predefined portion of the human body, without requiring any percutaneous intervention, and the at least one support (9) is configured for allowing the removal of the frame (2) from the predefined portion of the human body and for providing a reference for the exact repositioning of the frame (2) along the predefined portion of the human body.
