To provide a rail changeover unit useful for guiding a runner to a predetermined direction even in a branching rail structure where multiple rails are branched and a rail structure equipped with this changeover unit.SOLUTION: An attachment plate 11 attachable to a ceiling wall is attached with a reference rail member 1a connectable to a reference rail body 1b, and a plurality of branched members 2a, 3a connectable to a plurality of branched rail bodies 2b, 3b, and a movable rail member 15 is hinged and attached to the end of the reference rail member 1a in a rotatable manner. The movable rail member 15 is pulled by a spring member (spring) 22. Resisting the elasticity of the spring member, the movable rail member 15 is pulled to be rotated by a crank mechanism 23.
