The present invention relates to a pharmaceutical composition for treating pancreatic cancer containing RNA oligonucleotide which has specific sequences and structures. More specifically, by treating a cell line with the RNA oligonucleotide having a specific sequence and a spiral bent structure, the expression of interferon-stimulated gene 56 (ISG56) increases, and the death of pancreatic cancer cells can be induced. Therefore, the composition containing the RNA oligonucleotide can be useful in the treatment of pancreatic cancer.본 발명은 특정 서열 및 구조를 갖는 RNA 올리고뉴클레오티드를 포함하는 췌장암 치료용 약학 조성물에 관한 것으로, 구체적으로, 본 발명에 따른 특정 서열과 나선형 굽힘 구조를 갖는 RNA 올리고뉴클레오티드를 세포주에 처리하면 ISG56의 발현을 증가시키고 췌장암 세포의 세포사멸을 유도하므로, 상기 RNA 올리고뉴클레오티드를 포함하는 조성물은 췌장암 치료에 유용하게 사용될 수 있다.
