The present invention relates to a pharmaceutical composition for cancer treatment comprising an RNA oligonucleotide having a specific sequence and structure. Specifically, the RNA oligonucleotide having a specific sequence and a helical bending structure according to the present invention is a cell line. Since the treatment increases the expression of ISG56 and induces cell death of cancer cells, the composition containing the RNA oligonucleotide can be usefully used for cancer treatment.
