A method for solubilising, dispersing and stabilising substances, characterized in that a poloxamer, a resin, and/or a tocopherol is/are melted together to form a combined molten mass and the substance to be treated is solubilized, dispersed or dissolved inside this molten mass without adding water. After being introduced into the melt, the substance that is to be treated is coated with water at the same temperature as the melt to prevent hardening, and the spontaneously forming gel is homogenized. A stabilized product is obtained forming stable micelles at the poloxamer concentration below the critical micelle concentration, the obtained product comprising a transparent gel based on at least one poloxamer in combination with a natural or synthetic resin and/or a tocopherol, and an active substance which is solubilized and stabilized therein and whose consistency ranges from solid, semisolid, i.e. aspic-like to liquid.
