PURPOSE: Pine nut laver sheets using pine nut oil containing a pine needle extract, and a producing method thereof are provided to offer various physiological effects to the laver sheets. CONSTITUTION: A producing method of pine nut laver sheets comprises the following steps: crushing pine needles, and extracting edible oil from the pine needles using an extraction solvent to obtain a pine needle extract； mixing the pine needle extract with pine nut oil to obtain mixed oil； and coating the laver sheets with the mixing oil, and roasting the laver sheets at 100-240 deg. C for 2 times.본 발명은 잣잎으로부터 추출한 잣잎추출물을 함유한 잣기름을 김에 도포함으로써 잣잎향 및 잣잎과 잣이 가지고 있는 인체에 유익한 성분을 섭취할 수 있도록 하는 잣김의 제조 방법 및 그에 의해 제조된 잣김에 관한 것이다.본 발명에 따른 잣잎추출물을 함유한 잣기름을 이용한 잣김의 제조방법은 잣잎에 추출용매로 식용 기름을 첨가하고 압착하여 잣잎추출물을 제조하는 단계； 잣잎추출물을 잣기름에 혼합하여 혼합유를 제조하는 단계； 상기 혼합유를 김에 도포한 후 1차 또는 2차에 걸쳐 100～240℃에서 굽는 단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 한다.
