A push member (60) pushes soup in an upside-down form in a soup supplying unit (20). A guide member (62) guides the soup mounted on the transfer belt while preventing the soup from falling. A dispensing and supplying unit supplies the soup to plural containers or noodles at once. A first soup supply unit (22) supplies one type of soup on the transfer belt. A second soup supplying unit (24) supplies a different type of soup. A rotation roller (42) includes a rotary shaft which comprises a location detection unit for detecting the location of the push member.
