PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a chewable tablet in which muscle enhancement effect and muscle fatigue recovery effect of HMBCa are improved.SOLUTION: A chewable tablet contains a coating particle in which the surface of a 3-hydroxy-3-methylbutyric acid calcium particle is coated with vegetable oil and fat.
