PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for the prevention, improvement, or treatment of hepatic disease consisting of hepatitis, liver cirrhosis, hepatic steatosis, hepatic insufficiency, and liver cancer.SOLUTION: Ginsenoside F2 can effectively treat various hepatic diseases by inhibiting lipid formation and accumulation in a liver, increasing the distribution of regulatory T cells, which inhibit the activity of inflammatory cells, to be protected from hepatitis, increasing the expression of IL-10 which is an anti-inflammation cytokine in the regulatory T cells, and inhibiting the differentiation to Th17 cells in naive T cells.
