PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a gas-liquid mixer capable of natural intake even when a flow rate of liquid is a low flow rate, and capable of fining and mixing gas in the liquid.SOLUTION: The gas-liquid mixer 1 of the present invention comprises a diametrically contracted part 4 in which an inner diameter is reduced toward the advancing direction TD of the liquid, a gas-liquid mixing part 5 concentrically provided to the diametrically contracted part 4 on the downstream side of the diametrically contracted part 4 and having an inner diameter larger than a minimum inner diameter of the diametrically contracted part 4, a ring-shaped wall surface 2 expanding to the outer peripheral side from the downstream end of an inner peripheral surface of the diametrically contracted part 4 and connected to the upstream end 5a of an inner peripheral surface of the gas-liquid mixing part 5 and a gas introducing part 6 for introducing the gas into the gas-liquid mixing part 5 via a gas passage 6a.
