PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an endoscope apparatus in which a high-quality image is obtained while suppressing signal deterioration and noise generation.SOLUTION: An analog pixel signal outputted from an image sensor 12 is subjected to electric current amplification in an output buffer 15 and transmitted to an analog signal processing circuit 22 of a processor through a transmission cable CB. In addition, in a case where a diaphragm opening angle is comparatively small and an intensity of the pixel signal is comparatively large, it is determined that effect by heat on illumination intensity is small, in order to increase the output amplitude of the pixel signal, a constant current circuit 53 is controlled to increase amperage supplied to the image sensor 12.
