The fluid moving device which is used for the injector which reverses, while being installed in the frame, is installed by the bottle and the frame which are filled up, includes the needle part which is moved between 1st and 2nd position. At 1st position, being inserted with the frame, penetrating the plug, the fluid tries the needle which possesses the both ends of the part, that passes with the fluid in the bottle with that.
