PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an endoscope washing and disinfecting apparatus constituted so as to detect the lock position and insert completion position of a medical fluid bottle and the position on this side of the lock position using two limit switches.SOLUTION: The endoscope washing and disinfecting apparatus includes the medical fluid bottle 100, an insertion part 80, a medical fluid receiving part 62, a blade part, a first limit switch 81 and a second limit switch 82. The first limit switch 81 is changed from an ON state to an OFF state when the medical fluid bottle 100 is moved to a first position to detect the first position and the second limit switch 82 is changed from the ON state to the OFF state when the medical fluid bottle 100 is inserted up to a second position where the inner surface and bill part of the medical fluid receiving part 62 form in line to detect the second position.
