The present invention relates to an industrial production system for producing feed and compost by reusing waste. Therefore, the industrial production system can prevent bad smell or environmental pollution occurring during waste treatment processes, does not generate environmental pollutants such as dioxin at all, substantially reduces energy consumption for treating food waste, and thus is highly economical. In addition, the industrial production system does not generate bad smell, leachate, and pollution of underground water at all and enables user to reuse food waste as feed and compost.
