The industrial production system rapidly ferments and decomposes various kinds of food waste using microorganisms and excellently removes moisture and salt contained in the food waste in order to produce feed for livestock with rich nutrients and compost, which can be used as an organic fertilizer with high quality. Therefore, the industrial production system can prevent bad smell or environmental pollution occurring during waste treatment processes, does not generate environmental pollutants such as dioxin at all, substantially reduces energy consumption for treating food waste, and thus is highly economical. In addition, the industrial production system does not generate bad smell, leachate, and pollution of underground water at all and enables user to reuse food waste as feed and compost.
