The present invention relates to a compressing structure of an oil press machine which is formed inside of a case which comprises: a hopper into which an eatable seed is inserted; an access tube which guides the seed which is inserted from the hopper in a perpendicular direction, and collects the oil by transferring and pressing the seed which is inserted from the hopper. The present invention comprises: a cylinder which is combined with the lower end of the access tube, perpendicularly forms a guiding pipe which guides the seed in a perpendicular direction, forms a joint pipe extended from the lower side of the guiding pipe in a horizontal direction; a pressurizing screw of which one side is inserted into the joint pipe, and the other side is extended from the joint pipe in order to be protruding and pressurizes the seed inserted into the guiding pipe by transferring according to the rotation; a motor which delivers a rotatory power to the pressurizing screw by being installed in one side of the joint pipe; a heater which heats the seed transferred by the pressurizing screw through a penetrating hole, after forming the penetrating hole in the middle to accommodate the front side of the pressurizing screw; a compressing part which promotes the oil press of the seed by compressing the seed transferred by the pressurizing screw by being protruding to the inner side of the penetrating hole which is formed in the heater; an oil collecting part which is installed between the heater and the joint pipe of the cylinder and collects the oil of the seed compressed by pressurizing with the pressurizing screw and the compressing part; a residue discharging port which is installed to be inserted into the front part of the heater and forms a discharging hole in which the rest residue after discharging the oil to the oil collecting part is discharged.본 발명은 착유기의 압착구조에 관한 것으로, 식용이 가능한 씨앗이 투입되는 호퍼와 상기 호퍼에서 투입되는 씨앗을 수직방향으로 안내하는 투입관이 형성된 케이스의 내부에 구성되어 호퍼로부터 투입되는 씨앗을 이송압착시켜 기름을 착유하는 착유기
