The present invention relates to a cosmetic composition for improving skin. The powder composition includes 80-97 wt% of a clay mineral and 3-20 wt% of iron hydroxide. According to the present invention, the powder composition and the cosmetic composition include non-toxic and natural mineral powder capable of absorbing harmful substances in the skin and regenerating skin tissue.
