This invention provides an assembly structure of transmission box of agricultural machinery, in which a machine body of the agricultural machinery is provided thereon with a fixing base. The fixing base is provided downwardly with a first notch and a second notch that are inclined in opposite directions. A plurality of through holes is formed in the fixing base around the first notch and the second notch. A plurality of screw-fastening elements is inserted in the through holes respectively. A first transmission box is mounted in the first notch of the fixing base. A second transmission box is mounted in the second notch of the fixing base. Peripheral walls of the first transmission box and the second transmission box are provided with through holes for receiving the insertion of the screw-fastening elements. Raised surfaces are respectively formed on two side surfaces of upper portions of the first transmission box and the second transmission box. The raised surfaces on the first transmission box and the second transmission box are fit in the first notch and the second notch of the fixing base respectively. A cutter is mounted to a lower part of the first transmission box. Wheels are mounted to a low part of the second transmission box.
