This invention relates to a cultivation blade structure for a tractor, comprising a blade disc and sets of cultivation blades screwingly fixed on the blade disc. The cultivation blade comprises two ends respectively provided with a curved part and a fastening through hole and a prop-up part provided below the fastening through hole. The blade disc is configured with a sleeving hole, a support base located at one side thereof and provided with a support part, a fastening hole and a side edge part, in which a blade disc shaft is penetratingly disposed in the sleeving hole, the support base is protrudingly disposed around the sleeving hole, the support part is disposed on a periphery of the support base, and the fastening hole is disposed between the support base and the side edge part. A screwingly-fixed element is utilized to penetrate through the fastening hole of the blade disc and the fastening through hole of the cultivation blade, such that the cultivation blade can be stably secured on the blade disc accordingly.
