Provided is an external preparation for the skin that is efficacious for preventing the progress of skin senescence accompanying with aging and various damages (inflammations) of the skin accelerated by exposure to ultraviolet rays. Examples of the external preparation for the skin include drugs, quasi-drugs (e.g., ointments) and cosmetics each having excellent anti-aging and anti-inflammatory effects.
