PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a spacer for insertion between two vertebrae, which can be adjusted in length, can be filled in situ not only with bone cement but also with bone grafts, and is improved in handling.SOLUTION: A spacer for insertion between two vertebrae includes a first member 2 having a hollow interior and a tubular wall, and a second member 3 having a hollow interior and a tubular wall. The second member is slidable within the first member in an axial direction for adjusting an overall length.
