PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To facilitate the exchange work of an attachment to a bed device top plate.SOLUTION: The distal end part of the top plate 10 (1) of the bed device used for an image diagnostic apparatus is provided with an insertion hole 11 (1a) having at least two fixing holes 12 (1b), two projections 341 and 342 are formed integrally with a spring body 33 formed at the connection part 31 of an attachment to be attached there, a headrest 30 for instance, and the projections are respectively engaged with the fixing holes of the insertion hole of the top plate and fixed. Thus, since the two projections are disengaged from the fixing holes of the insertion hole just by pushing the part between the two projections of the spring body with a finger of one hand, the exchange work such as the attachment and detachment of the attachment to/from the top plate of the bed device for the image diagnostic apparatus is easily performed even by a worker with a small hand and weak power.COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT【課題】 寝台装置天板へのアタッチメントの交換作業を容易にすること。【解決手段】 画像診断装置に用いられる寝台装置の天板10(1)の先端部に、少なくとも2つの固定用穴12(1b)を有する差込穴11(1a)を備え、ここに取り付けるアタッチメント例えばヘッドレスト30の接続部31に形成したバネ体33に一体に2つの突起341、342を形成し、この突起を天板の差込穴の固定用穴にそれぞれ係合させて固定する。これにより、バネ体の2つの突起の間を片方の手の指で押すだけで、差込穴の固定用穴から2つの突起の係合を解くことができるので、画像診断装置用寝台装置の天板へのアタッチメントの取り付け、取り外しなどの交換作業を、手が小さく力の弱い作業者でも容易に実施することができる。【選択図】 図1
