PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a laser hand piece which allows the leading end projection amount of optical fiber to be easily and continuously adjusted and which is flexibly adaptable a plurality of optical fiber with different length.SOLUTION: The laser hand piece 10 includes a rotatably disposed receiving side roller 22, a pressurizing roller 20 rotatably disposed in a position facing the receiving side roller 22, tension springs 34, 36 always urging the pressurizing roller 20 in a direction to the receiving side roller 22, a release lever 24c to move the pressurizing roller 20 to a direction leaving the receiving side roller 22, and an opening part 38 for exposing a part of the pressurizing roller 20 and of the release lever 24 to the outside. The optical fiber 60 led from a leading-in port 18b are held between the pressurizing roller 20 and the receiving side roller 22, and the leading end of the optical fiber is led out through a leading-out port 16b. The projection amount of the leading end of the optical fiber 60 can be adjusted according to the rotation of the pressurizing roller 20.
