PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide: a novel treatment method for improving a function of endothelial cells and neovascularization； and a pharmaceutical composition having anti-angiogenic activity.SOLUTION: A method for influencing miR-92 expression in a cell is provided which comprises (a) a step of preparing a cell； and (b1) a step of reducing the miR-92 expression in the cell in order to promote vascularization or vessel repair by introducing an antisense molecule against the miR-92 into the cell, or (b2) a step of increasing miR-92 expression in the cell in order to inhibit tumor angiogenesis by introducing, into the cell, a construct including an expressible miR-92 sequence.
