PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rice transplanter in which transplant clutch is disconnected by an actuator for transplant clutch in accordance with an operation to a transplant operation member and a transplant part is moved up and down by a lifting actuator in accordance with an operation to a lifting operation member, and transplant part can be raised without requiring a clutch cutting operation by the transplant operation member and requiring only a moving up operation by the lifting operation member while breaking power transmission of transplant claws when the transplant part is required to be raised during performing planting work.SOLUTION: A rice transplanter includes: a transplant clutch 170 interposed between working system transmission paths a transmission clutch 150 interposed the working system transmission paths on an upper stream side to the transmission direction than the transplant clutch 170 and a grounding condition detecting device for detecting whether or not the transplant part is grounded.
