The present invention relates to a composition for preventing, ameliorating or treating stress disorders comprising a Platycodi radix extract as an active ingredient. More particularly, the present invention relates to a food composition for preventing or ameliorating stress disorders or a pharmaceutical composition for preventing or treating stress disorders comprising a Platycodi radix extract and an Aurantii Fructus extract as active ingredients.
