To provide an ophthalmologic apparatus that allows objective eye refractivity of an eye to be examined to be accurately acquired.SOLUTION: An ophthalmologic apparatus includes fixation target presenting means for presenting a fixation target to an eye to be examined, and measuring means having a projection optical system for projecting a measurement luminous flux onto the ocular fundus of the eye to be examined, and a light reception optical system for receiving a reflected luminous flux of the measurement luminous flux reflected by the ocular fundus for measuring eye refractivity of the eye to be examined objectively.
