A foot massager includes a base, two support portions, two foot contact portions, a plurality of massage elements, and a controller. The supporting parts are assembled on the base, and each supporting part can move relative to each other. The sole contact portions are respectively mounted on one of the supporting portions, and each sole contact portion includes a plurality of assembly holes. The plurality of massage elements are optionally installed in a part of the assembling hole, and protrude from the surface of the foot contact portion after assembling. The controller is electrically connected with the support part, the sole contact part, and the massage element, and is used for driving the two support parts to move relatively and start the vibration of the massage element.
