To provide a garment with a pelvis belt capable of achieving both the stability and mobility of the pelvis.SOLUTION: A garment with a pelvis belt 10 comprises: a garment body 11 with a crotch which covers at least the hip； a sacral covering part 12 positioned relative to the clothing body 11 and covering the sacral； a left and right waist belt 13 extending from the sacral covering part 12 past the side to the abdominal region； a right hip fixing belt 14； and a left hip fixing belt 15. The right hip fixing belt 14 and the left hip fixing belt 15 extend from the abdominal region past the side and the hip lower part to the crotch, and then extending from the crotch to a front side of the opposite thigh.
