The present invention relates to a harness for a pet. The harness for a pet: prevents an arbitrary separation of the harness by a sudden behavior of a pet when moving while controlling the size of the harness according to the size of the pet； easily and conveniently attaches and detaches accessories needed for the pet to and from the harness； keeps the body temperature of the pet at low temperatures in winter by covering the open top of a main body with a protective cover； and protects the pet against shock by installing a cushioning member inside in contact with the chest of the pet.
