A restraining garment assembly for restraining a paralyzed users legs includes a pair of pants that may be worn. The pair of pants include a first leg and a second leg. A pair of first straps is provided and each of the first straps is coupled to the first leg. A pair of second straps is provided and each of the second straps is coupled to the second leg. Each of the second straps is matable with the first straps. Thus, each of the first straps and the second straps inhibit legs of a paralyzed user from being moved apart from each other thereby inhibiting the paralyzed users legs from being injured.
