PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a puncture needle holder that can change a posture of a puncture needle by operation of hand-fingers, and can fix the posture of the puncture needle to a desirable posture by the same hand-fingers.SOLUTION: A puncture needle holder 101 has a base 1, a needle inserting tube 7, a pair of supporting members 3, 5 and a screw body 9. The base 1 is placed on the body surface of a patient, etc., and has an opening 21 where a puncture needle can be inserted. The needle inserting tube 7 holds an inserted puncture needle. The supporting members 3, 5 each are curved in a semicircular shape, both ends of each member are supported to the base 1 in a freely turning manner so as to cross each other, and the needle inserting tube 7 is supported in both cross points so that both sides may be slidable in each circumference direction. The screw body 9 is screwed to the needle inserting tube 7 in the radially outward direction of the cross point, the slide of the needle inserting tube 7 to the supporting members 3, 5 is made freely by loosening it, and the supporting members 3, 5 are fastened with the needle inserting tube 7 by fastening it.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1COPYRIGHT: (C)2019,JPO&INPIT【課題】 手指の操作により穿刺針の姿勢を変更することができ、かつ同じ手指で、穿刺針の姿勢を望ましい姿勢に固定することを可能にする穿刺針保持器を提供する。【解決手段】 穿刺針保持器１０１は、台座１、針挿通筒７、一対の支持部材３，５、ネジ体９を有する。台座１は、患者等の身体表面上に載置されるものであり、穿刺針が挿通可能な開口部２１を有する。針挿通筒７は、挿通される穿刺針を保持する。支持部材３，５は、各々が半円状に湾曲し、互いに交差するように各々の両端部が台座１に回動自在に支持され、針挿通筒７を、双方それぞれの円周方向に摺動可能なように、双方の交差部において支持する。ネジ体９は、交差部の径方向外方において針挿通筒７に螺合し、緩めることにより支持部材３，５に対する針挿通筒７の摺動を自在にし、締めることにより支持部材３，５と針挿通筒７とを締結する。【選択図】 図１
